Free rewrites

If the song is not right, tell us what is wrong and we rewrite and re-record it at no cost. There is no limit on how many times. This is the main thing we offer instead of a returns process, because a song written for one person cannot be resold.

Refunds

Once work has started, the song is made to order and personalised to you, so it is not returnable. Before we start writing, you can cancel for a full refund by emailing us.

If we cannot deliver

If we cannot produce a song from what you have given us, or we miss the delivery window and you no longer want it, you get your money back in full.

Consumer rights

Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal on digital content, that right ends once we begin producing your song at your request. You agree to that when you submit the form.
